  • the Tabata protocol is pretty similar but obviously the workout only lasts about 4 minutes. The principle is the same as HIIT but the key for fat loss is to keep the intervals under 15 seconds.

  • @protohead no because i think you are exceeding the 15 second storage thing but the hardest part is that time you waste in speeding up the tread mills and slowing them down with out always smacking stop i dont think treadmills were designed to go super fast for 6 then slow down for 9
