Godric is definitely a subconscious reflection of what Russell forced Eric into doing to Sookie in order to trick Russell into the sun.
Poor guy doesn't know he did it to save Sookie & Pam but to keep humans out of Russell power.
Godric was saying just what Russell said on TV. Vampires can't love humans or have feelings for them. "We will eat you and then we will eat your children."
This dream has made me aware of how horrible Eric's amnesia is for such a powerful vampire.
Even Sookie doesn't.

Eric's subconscious is leaking through his dream. A stranger Godric, but powerful vampire like/RE forcing him 2 drink Sookie (but Eric still doesn't want 2) so they could walk in sun. Even position of feeding is same RE/Eric. AE doesn't know she's fae, about her blood or why he bit her.
Oh Eric what a nightmare 2 re-live, not remembering. Even Sookie couldn't console him because she didn't know Eric's reason 4 drinking her blood with RE either.
At least she told him it's Godric & a bad dream.
