I think the "underrated" mark is well acieved. But I also think a lot of us is very fond of the band because of the amazingly slick sound of McEntires productions. Let's face it, The Sea and Cake is a very settled band, with a pretty one-tracked mind considering moods and song structures. But they're really awesome, and one of the most comforting bands to listen to. I just don't think that "appreciation of good drum sound" is for everybody. Let's just consider ourselves lucky and enlightened! :)
