I hate planks, burpies, tricep dips, pushups, and yoga.

I love bicep curls, walking on the treadmill, pilates, squats, lunges, and stretching after a really good workout.

That was a cool vid!!! I don't "hate" to exercise but I hate to sweat!! So if i can do workouts with out getting all sweaty, I'm good!!!

The only exercise I hate is jogging; even now I cannot bring myself to jog or run. Fortunately the cycle gives me results.
