Using Subliminal messages can be a great way to help you achieve something you want in life. In simple terms you listen to a subliminal message that tells your subconscious something. Your subconscious gives your conscious state a message.

Let me give you an example. Let's say you want to loose weight. If you listen to a subliminal message that tells you that you eat well and work out more your conscious mind will do that.

Listening to subliminal messages is not some magic formula you still have to work at what you want. However it does work and I use them all the time

Well I have been told that Realsubliminal is very effective...one guy told me that he used the Confidence Mp3 and the Positive Thinking ...and all the ladies were staring at him...besides he said he had better conversation with strangers...but he stopped using the mp3 s because he was tired from the music...

I have used Eldon Taylor CDs but they did not work for me...
