  • very nice video. I am just into my first year of turning and learning all the time. Would like to see you do a video on sharping. As you know most guys don't know how to sharpen, me included. I get by but turning is a lot more fun with sharp tools. Its more like work when tools are not as sharp as they should be.

    Thank you for videos

  • Excellent video, Sven. I've just started trying hollow form turning. The hollowing has always been the hardest part for me, but I'm getting there. Thanks for sharing your expertise.

  • Great video! I love watching people have fun with the lathe!

  • You might want to use a vacumn to suck the dust out. You'll only have to clean it up once.

  • Thanks a million for the videos! Extreamly helpfull and I loved every second of them.

    Cheers.

  • I really enjoyed watching this series. You made hollow forms look a lot easier than they are for me. Your videos are very well done and they were worth the wait. I have watched several other hollowing videos and yours is definately one of the best I've seen so far. I hope your next set will be available soon. If you decide to make another hollowing video consider cutting a chunk out of the sidewall so the viewer can watch the thinning process.

  • hi Sven, I spend hours trawling through the woodturning video's on you tube and there is some great ones out there but this is the first time I came across one of yours, I would just like to say how glad I was to find probably one if not the BEST hollowing forms i've seen, it was a great pleasure to watch and hope to see many more, keep up the great work!, regards Matt.

  • cool stuff...I've always like turning, but never taken the time to dedicate myself
