Here is a transcript of this video:

Thermabinding with the 200oXT takes place in three easy steps.
First, fold the cover along the score and insert the entire contents.
Second, place the document into the throat of the system and then watch it do the work for you. The microprocessor control checks the thickness of the document and sets the proper heat and time necessary for a perfect bind. The LED display counts down the time remaining in the binding cycle. Depending on the thickness of the documents, binding time is 36 to 60 seconds. The jogging mechanism takes over during the last 12 seconds to ensure that all of the sheets of the document are firmly embedded in the adhesive creating a secure, high-quality bind and an audible indicator lets the operator know that the binding cycle is complete and the document is ready to be removed.
The last step is to remove the bound document, tapping the backbone on the table to set the adhesive and place the document on the cooling stand to maintain the square backbone during curing. Documents can be handled after 3 to 5 minutes of cooling, depending on the thickness of the document.
