When you can use the roll and the "shell" to defeat much larger AGRESSIVE opponents you have mastered it. One of my rules is IF YOU NEED THE ADVANTAGE, YOU CAN'T FIGHT! Toney beats giants mainly because of his "shell" and not his feet! @52blocksinfo Well I knew you would bring up Floyds record. The fighters record does not say it all about a fighters abiltiy. The quality of opponents must be studied. As middleweight Toney fought fighters as good as anyone Floyd has ever fought, then moved up Super Middle, Light heavy, cruiser, heavy! Floyd, Super Light, Light, JW, W! For Floyd to match toney's mastery of the "shell" he would have to use it and beat Sergio Martinez or someone like that. Toney's "shell" is pure.

@CLEVELEFS its def not new georgie bentton used it before james toney....an i don't think tony uses it better then floyd have you compared tony's record to floyd i think that can tell us who uses it better... there where many fighters using it.... the point is it was introduced by black men...LGD
