  • i get the blocking i just need to know how to go faster whats the best way p.s. how do you study the body for a punch

  • this is great, i just saw 20 lessons in 1 day, i need fast a wing chun gym :D

  • If you mastered the last 18 videos to the point where you move like lightning, you can probably take yourself to the streets and not be fearful of anything besides guns.

  • @sopro671 Use a hard object like a tree or wooden dummy.

  • if you not lock when you block, the kick that will bounce you back!
