Hey guys, i had an older version of this uploaded to my other channel, but recently decided to do a remake and upload it here because this channel is being neglected. Why not add some variety?
Anyhoo, i don't own the photo, its from google images.. so no copyright infringement intended!!

@2009rate is your layer showing? I thought it wasn't working for me either until I noticed that the layer I was doing it on wasn't showing :3 lol

@JoBrosFanForever1 Remember to hold down Ctrl to place the marker thing, then when you click again it will work.

You need to turn down the opacity on the smudge before it's too harsh it gives the picture an over manufactured look
