Railfanning The BNSF Bakersfield Sub, 10/29/09

Just some early evening action on the Bakersfield Sub., with a nice show from both BNSF and Amtrak. The last unit on the 7569's train is the BNSF 6612 (ES44C4), and that is why you hear a different sound as it passes by rather than the regular GE rumble.

Yeah thats awesome! I would love to live that close to a high density line... I live right next to the BNSF Beardstown Sub... but theres only like 4 a day or less. Yeah I figured you knew that I just wondered why you didnt add it lol
