Oh I have a question. I am Thai and I live in southern part so I dont know about Thai Esan so much.
I would lke to know that Thai Esan language and Lao language are absolutely the same in speaking? Somebody please tell me.

I would say yes. It's the same, not just speaking, it includes culture, dressing and foods. But the new generations are mixed with lao and thai. May be I am just too young to understand and hope someone else can give you more details. KhonlaoUSA

Don't know why many songs about Lao-America, but not so much about Lao-Others. A lot of Lao in France, Canada, Australia and so on...Please think of us too, Lao composers. We are also human beings, also Lao and love also Lao as the Lao inside do.

I think because there are too many lao people who live in the USA far more than any other countries in the world and USA is well known to the world. Just my 2 cents.
