I spend a lot of time thinking about the way memory and sight work together. I don't think we remember in "pictures" or long videos... but something in between. Perhaps we also sense, at times, more than 30 fps, and unexpected parts of the brain fire when we are presented with certain objects and forms.

If you want to know more about how I did this, visit the "Stuck In Motion" section of the website at http://www.stuckincustoms.com/stuckinmotion/ . Good news - the best bits now only require a $200 camera!

Also, you may enjoy seeing my free HDR Tutorial http://www.stuckincustoms.com/hdr-tutorial , which describes how I accomplish some of the other favorite photos below, which were also shot around Japan.

  • @dmnlcu92 back off shes mine =)

  • Interesting how the Rural/Suburban Rural life in Japan is much different than the Suburban/Suburban Urban/Urban life, same in some parts of China.

  • oh my god what is with the monkeys? why are they sleeping so calmly in the water?

  • Well, I agree with you that if this discussion goes further it will digress from the point. I'll cut off my talk 'cause discussions on youtube usually aren't productive. Sayonara ;)

Indeed you don't have any common sense shared in the U.S. thus you don't know how this thing can be interpreted in the U.S. You felt something different, and there's no problem with that but in the other side me and my Asian American friends felt uncomfortable 'cause we know what this can mean in the U.S. So at least I have the right to write what I felt. My point was not about what this video actually means but how it can be considered due to America's and japan's common senses.

Then why Americans got mad when Japan made a commercial with a monkey acting like a Congressman? It's because it was considered to be racist no matter what the commercial's real intention was. It's not about being paranoid, but it's a traditional common sense that comparing non-white people with monkeys is something that offends people. It seems like you lack some common sense shared in the United States. Remember the fact that the person who made this is an American.

  • @SuperFrenzy21 calm down.. dont be paranoid. u have complex to ur own life, to relation with others, and to other nations etc?it's redicurious to scream hysterically without confirming the intention of the video. it rather sounds like u got paranoid & overly self-conscious, recognizing yourself as monkey. I recommend u to distinguish nation and people, &to stop your gross labelling to others. It's rude & harsh. notice also that u create enemy that u don need to make by yourself.enjoy your life:)
