Many Christians believe they will be raptured to safety and thus escape the coming Tribulation and global reign of Rex Mundi (Antichrist). This however is not what the Prophecy say. For more on this topic visit http://allfaith.com/prophecy

  • The Rapture is not a biblical doctrine. According to the biblical prophets the Church of the End Times (these times) will become more and more lukewarm, hypocritical and apathetic until finally God will "vomit" them out of His presence (Revelation 3:14-19). This vomiting out is causing deep ruptures within the Church.

  • Thanks for your comment,

While many Christians now believe in the Rapture there are no historic references to it prior to the 1800's. In context the people are wondering when the Kingdom will be established. Paul then explains the things that must happen first. This has nothing to do with a Rapture. On my site is a detailed study on this. See the link in the description. Or contact me via e-mail for more information.

Strengthen your faith, we are not going anywhere.

  • The Rapture is not a new belief as many claim it to be. Paul was writing to the Corinthians because they themselves were in a panic and thought that Christ had already come back and they were left behind.

There will be Christians after the Rapture of the Church. They will be saved after the Rapture of the Church, whether it is pre-trib or mid-trib.

As for God wanting to vomit them out of his mouth. This is just one part of the Church but not the Church as a whole. The Church of Laodicea.

  • @thenowinstitute This is incorrect. If you read Paul's writings the people were wondering why, if Y'shua was Messiah, hadn't the earthly kingdom been established yet. That is the principle role of the Messiah. There is not a shred of evidence that anyone prior to the 1800's believed this unbiblical myth.
