And last year it was arrestable offense and keeping people from coming out. Yet our crowd and smoke got bigger again. Now it's $100 fine and the cops probably won't even do that? Haha. I'd still tell people to leave glass, pipes at home. smoke joints. there's nothing left behind. As o right now, I dont think Boston has an additional law but some have added a bigger fine. And in cities in other states they've added paraphenelia charges if you have a pipe. If you dont carry one in public, good....

GutterHeads! One of the guys with them Hektik is performing again but this time on second stage. Nice video. I book the music for the Rally. Couple of weeks we are back with no arrests for smoking.! Sept. 19th! This year on two stages!
