Judge Thomas Murtagh Caught In Coverup for Leila Kern and Kathe Tuttman. This is a Civil case where 30 residents of our nieghborhood had filed 06-0635-C first, in order to inform the court of the criminal behavior of the Tide Rock Developers, fully expecting criminal charges against them. Instead of responding to our filing, and before our filing was heard by the court, the developers filed another suit 06-1807-C for an injunction to hide their illegal activities. Two judges Kern and Tuttman violated the Constitution by helping them, then Thomas Murtagh hid everything he could from the jury, including the fact that the Constitutional violation had been admitted to by Kern and Tuttman. We were able to prove enough of what we claimed to the jury, that they refused to award any damages for defamation to the developers. Murtagh had tried to help the developers to limit the financial liability of the State for the incompetence of Leila Kern and Kathe Tuttman. Since a high verdict against the developers, would look bad for the liability of the State, the admissions of guilt by Judges Kern and Tuttman were hidden from the jury.

Many judges are just crooked sleezebag lawyers who got a promotion. We need to find a better way of choosing judges. Such as a program of paying people who just graduated law school to attend court hearings and monitor judges and lawyers looking for abuse, and writing reports on the problems. These court monitors should be the only pool of people we choose judges from, because they wouldn't have been contaminated by the dishonesty of general practice. It is hard for an honest lawyer to survive.
