^ this short vid helped me fix my bad riding habits.

UPDATE: People have asked me about my lap times so I'll give you the limited info I have. The first day out after fixing body position, I'm sure I was slower because I was taking my time setting up for corners (braking earlier), then getting through them properly with more speed. I am DEFINITELY faster in the corners - I'm sure of it, and I don't feel like I'm riding at the limit of my abilities. The bike can go faster. Feedback is much better now that I'm putting less weight on the front end and I know I can go faster.
Shannonville/Nelson circuit is a short 7 turn track and my typical circuit time was in the 1:07's. I'm guessing that without pushing my limits, I can do 1:05's now, and maybe a fastest lap of 1:03.
1:07 was already impressive to me and I was happy with that, but 1:03 would be amazing. It feels very attainable but I can't be certain until I get a lap timer on me next season. Hurry up, Spring!!!
