This is great film. Sadly, we've regressed in human relationships since this film. It seems there are fewer "open marriages" now than ever. Why should marriage mean sexual slavery? That's completely unatural. Infidelity means being untruthful, not having sex with someone you're not married to.

Yes, Edna was part of the generation that forged the first true sexual/social revolution in this country. The 1960's was really the second "coming" as it were. As per marriage I don't think "screwing around" wrecks marriage - but fear does. Love is limitless and unconditional - within "marriage" or not.
