The DNC is walking a tightrope on this issue. They can't appear to force Clinton out because they don't want to alienate her supporters. However, if Clinton drags this out until the Convention, McCain is likely to win. And since she doesn't have the numbers on her side, she seems to be willing to sacrifice a Democratic win for a tiny chance that she can pull off a Superdelegate coup in August.

Because Hillary Clinton still receives nearly HALF of the vote of the Democratic base - surely you're not saying Obama should go forward without it? She has fiercely loyal supporters, and there will be lots of bitterness when this is over.

You have not named a single legislative accomplishment of HRC. Obama has brought health care to hundreds of thousands of children in Illnois and he has served on the Senate Committees of Foreign Relations, Veterans' Affairs, Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions, on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs.
As for HRC's "diplomatic efforts around the world. That has already been debunked by her White House schedules. She played no diplomatic role at ALL.
