I've never had this system, but I can say it has the cutest sounding startup.

I was a Mario child, never a Sonic child, that's why I've never used this xD

@diamondboy163 That was the startup for the Dev. Kit, (or Developers Kit) and does not exist on the retail models. I'm pretty sure of that.

@wiithepeople2 yeah but the dreamcast itself actually didnt have a lock out chip. It was pretty much chipped out the box.
