I don't know why this is still considered a "role reversal." Most women now work outside the home, and most men are much more involved with the home and children than they used to be. Men and women choose their roles nowadays.

I need a job. I've been applying everywhere. Do anything. The key now is to be presistant. My current work i'm not getting enough to pay alot of bills and have fun. Aswell I'm getting lazy and useless.

There are some really great tips on job search in this. The issue is having examples of exactly what some of these mean. It's great to say "Redesign Your Resume" focused on accomplishments - what does this look for, though? I have some examples on my blog if anyone's interested.
