man how many strokes per minute were you running that well or was the engine running away with its self?

Did you repair the unit or replace it?

most likly the keyway on the shaft sheard off thus not completely locking the weight to the shaft

Tthe horsehead is moving from side to side and the polished rod vibrates with it.
