  • What glue you use to glue the coupler ? i dont think so the PVC glue can accept so much pressure without your nozzle blow out...

  • @LIONMAN11111 I use super glue !!! Yes It's crazy ^^

  • can i suggest 67% kno3

  • @crankyboris What that'll change ?

  • what formula do you use, i swear my 30g grains produce more exhaust than that.

  • @crankyboris I use Tri-Sugar recrystallized propellant, 64 % KNO3 / 28 % Sucrose / 6 % Dextrose / 2 % Fructose. My BATES grains weight 90 gr

  • @skierplaterandy if u use a slower propellant then u dont get as much thrust. i used to do alot of r candy rockets and the faster the fuel the higher it went. it will only burn about 3 seconds but it will coast for about 40. i have movd on to high powered rockets using ammonium perchlorate stuff. this stuff produces about 4 times the thrust of r candy

  • Wow, given those figures I calculate a speed (in vacuum) of over 1430km/h at the end of the burn... 306m/s acceleration in vacuum, wonder what it would get in air?

  • Nice testing!
