Here's one way to remove a stripped screw head using a hand file. You may be able to do it faster with a Dremmel tool with a small grinder head. But we did it by hand to make sure we didn't damage a new acrylic drum. It took longer than we thought, but everything worked. If the video helped, please leave a thumbs up.
