  • i was diagnosed with pcos in july my psh andd lh was 2:1 ratio... they put me on metformin and now dexamethasone after i went to endocrinologist.. this vid is helpful im glad there are people out there who arent afraid of speaking about this

  • I have hyperandrogenism and the docs can't figure out how to treat me. I went through a couple months of Dexamethasone and am considering trying it again, Climid didn't work, I ovulate every month! This infertility thing is hard to cope with, especially when the doctors don't know what to do with you. Thanks for sharing your experience with Dex, it has made me reconsider it!

  • How do they tests your androgen levels? Well this is definatly good to know. Are you also on metformin? I swear metformin is my miracle drug aside from all the nasty side effects because im shedding off weight without even trying. Did you ask your RE if its common to put on weight on that medication? Good luck on your next cycle of injectables!!

  • Thanks, Trisha!! You know, I was just thinking how messed up infertility is: I ovulate every cycle, but my eggs are shot; and there you are with perfectly healthy eggs, but don't ovulate. If I could give you my ovulating ability I totally would, because it's not doing me any good :/ I really, really hope that the injectables kick your hormones into gear next time!!

  • Really informative..Thanks for sharing...
