There are so many different types of dogs that can be confused with the Pitbull. Can BSL really determine what a Pitbull is and is not?

The DDA HERE IN UK is a kneejerk bullshit law that has seen many INNOCENT family pets destroyed or kept in shite conditions by councils etc if seized.If your dog is 18inc tall,fit looking and brick shaped head or not in alot of cases,then depending on where you live or type of neighbours you have,it could be at risk.
Anybody here in UK is ever in this unfortunate position contact DDA WATCH for help..

Dog misdentification is horrible were i live, a lady got attacked by a Rottie/lab mix (proven Dna test) and it ripped part of her arm off and it was reported as a pit bull! The dog had the black and tan markings and huge head like a rottie, it pissed me off i hate bsl

It seems to be getting bad everywhere. They automatically call any dog that bites, a pitbull. I agree with you on that..I hate it, too.
