Well now - if I ever need something that divides the lousy framerates that I recently have in SL by 3, I will surely consider this :)

Its in the newest viewer now, you can also adjust the shadow layer count to improve frame rate as well, just have to play around with it.

shadows is such a bit improvement for SL. makes it feel more alive. hope they implement it in the official viewer soon.
