I disagree with Scheuer that the tapes should have been destroyed. What SHOULD have been done is to publish them on youtube so that the American people be educated on what the government is doing in our name. Eisenhower was RIGHT to let America know what is being done by the government. JFK was RIGHT to commit to have NO SECRECY in government. The PEOPLE absolutely have the right to KNOW what is being done in their name. An INFORMED public is be best defense and SUPPORT for the CIA.
