It's a shame they use the xian interpretations of the Hebrew scriptures rather than the Jewish perspective. The Jewish perspective is inherently more accurate as it is their own ancient texts! Jews do not believe in a young earth or even that Adam was the 1 human on the planet, rather the first intelligent man (his intelligence being the image of the Creator).

Whether a person believes either account doesn't matter -,he should just give the accurate interpretation from the original sources.

@jeffb2066 Well according to different religions including Christianity, a prayer doesn't work like that. You tried to give credit to God because no one hit a landmine but why not to the people that were careful? If prayer worked like that, imagine all of the African kids that would be saved.

@jeffb2066 Damn just how stubborn are these theists? Scientists keep discovering more stuff that proves that a God cannot exist but these religious people keep changing what they say to their own convenience. In the Bible it says different and we were thought to believe heaven was in this dimension. Why would it change now that we discovered something new? It reminds me of the time Galileo proved Aristotle wrong and the church was to stubborn to change their beliefs.

And prayer isn't a waste of time... I've had some serious prayer sessions that turned out pretty good, one way or another. Like, say, "Please, God, don't let anyone else hit one of these landmines." Iraq, 1991... no one else hit any mines.

Hey all you brain-dead atheists... physicists theorize an infinite number of dimensions with infinite possibilities... God and heaven aren't "invisible", they are EXTRADIMENSIONAL. Just because believers haven't found a way to prove our faith, doesn't mean we're wrong. Religion is about how we live every day, not just on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
