Challenges can be done in any order, so if one is too tough do a few others first and get some upgrade points. Also, you can reallocate upgrade points if a tower or 2 are not available in a challenge.

@XDurmomnight yea your right, and you don't even have to sign up or anything. I clicked on the facebook/twitter thing and then just closed it right away.

A much easier setup is to upgrade to the arcane wizard, then just use a single mortar and upgrade it to the big bertha and get full upgrades, use 2 barracks, upgrade to barbarians first and get full throwing axes (do this before fully upgrading big bertha), then upgrade to paladins and get their area of effect attack, its magic damage so it kills those armoured guys in seconds. You shouldn't need to use your meteor or reinforcements at all using this strategy.
