Love the TB tone. At SPAH, Dennis Gruenling asked me to play something so he could see where I was at. I played a couple of lip pursed licks. He then showed me a very basic TB chug and it really changed the way I approach things. Love the tongue slap sound.

I use three methods. Tongue block, Lip Pursing, and harmonica tilt to get single notes.
I don't see this last one mentioned much. Lots of upper lip over harmonica, and very little lower lip, and have harmonica tilted a little, only single notes will play.

Very nice. I'm working on learning to be able to shuffle and was wondering if you could share some tab to get me along the way?
Thanks,
Hondo

@celticjim17, Thanks for the comment Hondo.
Its really quiet hard to tab out a whole shuffle. Its more of a feel than anything else. I would recommend you start to learn to Tongue Block to get a good shuffle feel. If you search for Deakharp on youtube, i think its the 4th video down he does a great Tongue Block shuffle which should get you started. I've just tried to post it here but it won't let me so you will have to search for it. Good luck
