Heavy turbulence from the winds (15kts gusting to 35). You can really see the plane getting kicked around a lot. But it didn't matter - Dad wanted to go flying and I never get to take my folks up enough, anyway. I owe them the world, so if they don't mind the bumpy weather, I sure don't!

  • Nice view. What is the sn of your 47 (mine is 717), and I am interested in knowing how you mounted the camera for this shot.

    Thanks

  • Our Bonanza is about 100 sn's older than yours, believe it or not. It's such a great machine after all these years.

I mounted the camera on the step using the two velcro straps that were provided with the camera - one around the step, and one around the step's strut.

It recorded the 46 minute flight and worked like a champ the whole time.

  • I like the new pod camera. The gear going was cool. The Cape sure is pretty at 200 feet, I mean 500 feet... Keep them coming.
