Mmmmm I usually just use the dry italian salad dressing mix, but gonna try these seasons instead; sticking w/peppers in tho, & wanna try "gardeneros"? I saw them on another vid. Lol it'll be my youtube italian beef.

@SSCHISOX Correct. However, I am familiar with the traditional Chicago sandwich. Been there many times. This is a beef sandwich with Italian seasonings.
