This upload is a Steak and Peppers meal cooked in "The FIESTA WOK". An incredible cooking vessel made from Carbon Steel 22" in diameter x 1/4" thick and 22 lbs. Here I use it on an electric stove top using a regular wok ring for support that normally fits a 14-16" wok. This is an incredible cooking vessel and does everything from a few eggs in the morning to cooking for the whole party of about 15 people.
Those steaks look so small in "The Fiesta Wok" you are demonstrating. I can see in you hand they are not...that looks like a lot of fun to cook in and you make the food look yummy. Ya know...the favor tie in really well when you cook like that...sometime...if you do everything in separate skillet, it's like there are 3 or 4 different meals at the same time...doesn't always work....I LOVE ONE PAN MEALS!!!!

Thank you, yes the cooking vessel is with tremendous surface area, so you can cook and tie in the flavors with themed dishes. Stick with a style for the meal for best results IE: Mexican, Asian, Italian, Indian, Spanish etc.
Additionally, we have a The Fiesta Wok Plus coming out 2010. It has a raised rim to take on Paella and large sauce dishes, broth based meals, stews etc. No upload as of yet, in a month or two, thanks again for the positive comment.
