step 2 A
system speed
click start
click left click computer
click properties
click advance settings
under performance click settings
only these 6 stay checked
1.enable desktop composition
2.enable transparent glass
3.show shadows under windows
4.show window content while draging
5.use drop shadows for icon labels on desktop
6.use visual styles on windows and buttons
uncheck everything else

step 2 B
click start
run type folder options
click folder options
click view tab
only these 6 stay checked
1.allways show icons never thumbnails
2.display file icon on thumbnail
3.hide empty drives in the computer folder
4.hide protected operating system files
5.show drive letters
6.use shareing wizard
uncheck all the rest
click apply

step 2 C
click start
run type %temp%
delete all files ( some will not delete this is fine click skip on them

step 2 D
click start
run type msconfig
services tab
uncheck anything u dont want running in back ground
click start up tab
uncheck any unwanted start up programs
click boot tab
change timeout number to 3 insteadof 30
click advance options
number of processors make this highest number
also maximum memery to highest number

@abbazaba1979 aight .. I did everything exactly right :p but When I rebooted my PC got a bluescreen -.- so I had to reformat .. but no hard feelings :) back to normal now .. had everything on my external hard drive anyways
