@reaver34572 I have a feeling they didn't want to deal with all of the religious people getting upset over the whole hell aspect. Or maybe they didn't think it was creative enough. Regardless, they came up with this crap instead.

@StormProductionzZ This movies story was even more basic tho thats the problem, if they stuck with Dooms story about a portal to hell accidentaly being opened, it would have given way for alot more things in the movie,the goddamn main actor would be going to hell fighting off fucking demons, that would be fucking awesome for a Doom movie, why the hell they didnt stick with the original story, i have no idea, nobudget for all the demonic special effects maybe? idk. Butyeah this movie was bad imo.

@BDtetra Huh?, Doom 3 is a reboot of Doom 1, they are the same. So if this movie is based on Doom3 then it is basicaly based off Doom 1. But that aside, it does a pretty horrible job at being based off Doom 3, as in the movie it was about some experiment gone wrong with this chromosome 24 while in Doom 3 it was about a portal to hell accidentaly opened and demons pouring in the base. Overall the movie was dissapointing, would have been alot better if they stuck with Doom's story.
