C-1 04:36 Renewal of Lease Agreement - Verizon Virginia, Inc.
If approved, a public hearing would be scheduled to consider a new five (5) year Lease Agreement between The City of Norfolk and Verizon Virginia Inc. This agreement will allow Verizon Virginia Inc. to continue to operate a communications equipment building on City owned property located off of Shell Road in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Approval is recommended.

R-1 04:49 Fiscal Year 2011 Compensation Plan Amendment - If approved, this ordinance would amend the FY2011 Compensation Plan ordinance to provide the City Manager limited discretion to grant severance pay to classified and unclassified employees. Approval is recommended.
