  • Man i love your grixis deck, just wondering have you thought about building a heartless summoning deck, i have a BR version went 3-1 in FNM, Olivia Voldaren only costing 2 mana is amazing, inferno titan for 4 instead of 6, phyrexian metamorph for 1 mana and 2 life so much more you can do , you can also do BW, elesh norn, sheoldered, whispering one e.t.c. It is such a good card not many people use it

  • @coona93 No, I have not thought about it however I have a friend that play a similar build to what you just said and usually finishes top 8 with it at his local store.

  • I don't really understand why the illusions player had so many cards like purge and flashfreeze in against you. Those cards don't seem traditionally great against most grixis decks, but maybe you have a different list than the ones I've seen. Nice video otherwise! Thanks for posting these videos.

  • @ChannelEmrakul They keep him from straight losing the game. If an Inferno Titan or Chandra resolves against them it is VERY hard for them to win without the purge. The flashfreeze is also a hard counter against those cards.

  • your deck worked beutifly at the begining of the game

  • @WolfxDensetsu good thing they arent that good anymore

  • You should never ghost quarter your own lands to "thin" your deck. Doing that does next to nothing to improve your chances of drawing the spells you need. And the ghost quarters became relevant just a few turns later when he played the moorland haunt. Also the play when you slagstormed and he mana leaked, you should have paid 3 instead of letting it resolve. You would have got the flashfreeze out of his hand and still had enough to play BSZ.

  • Grixis did really well. I play illusions and a word to those who want to beat it, slagstorm and day of judgement the hell out of the field.

  • Control Decks are annoying as f***!
