"The Klepto" is a student made film from UCSB Film 104. It tells the story of a bike thief, a klepto if you will, attempting to steal the prettiest bike in all the cities, in all the bars, she had to walk... oh that's another film. We implemented fair use in our film since this is an educational tool for film students first productions and our intent was different than any other material we may have used. All material from outside sources was used out of deep flattery and homage to people and/or companies that may appear in the film.
