This is RISC OS 4.02 running on RPCEmu v0.8.2 in Linux. RISC OS is a very nice, lightweight and fast operating system for the ARM architecture. Testing NetSurf, Writer and Vector.
You'll be able to run RiscOS on the Raspberry Pi (google it) as well as Debian and Fedora. (Tho it's not clear to me if it will be Fedora with GNOME3)
