i personally think gene simmons is a boring ego centred idiot and ace has a human element to him and is able to joke around and not take himself too seriously. really admire ace.

@PaulStanleyfan31 Gene cared about the band, more than Ace and Peter. So Gene's suppose to be all caring and "take care" of the members so they can get wild and almost kill themselfs? Ace was a real drunk at that time and didn't care at all about the band, and that's why at the end he was fired from Kiss. It's so pathetic that all you people lay the blame on Gene, when actually he was the one who really cared about Kiss. Yes, he wanted money and pussy, so what?

I remember seeing Ace Frehley play a dive bar in Youngstown,Ohio in the early 90s. It held maybe 100 people tops.
