yo i do tung soo doo really seriously so i can do the fighting stuff well, and i also teach myself parkour but how r u supposed to learn to do a flip its the one thing i reallyy cantd do

try a gymnastics class somewhere, there;s got to be one near by. learn a little bit and than experiment, thats what I did!

learn to do a cartwheel (au in capoeira) then experiment from there one hand no hand maybe join a capoeira class like me
