Primeiro vc desinfeta o bule com água quente. Depois coloca novamente água quente no bule e aí coloca a erva. Este primeiro chá deve ser descartado, pois contem as impurezas/microbios da erva. Depois vc coloca novamente água pura e quente no bule sobre a aerva já lavada. E por último, vc lava os copinhos com água fervente para desinfetá-los. Agora sim, pode servir o chá e saborear.

You really shouldn't drink the first infusion. I understand it's aged and you want every bit of that flavor, but doing a quick rinse beforehand, then letting those leaves sit in the pot for about a minute will make that second infusion taste much better than the first one. Plus, it's aged, so who knows how much dirt and dust might be on those leaves. Blech. ;P

boil water remove from heat drop in tea cover let stand for 12 minutes mmmm delicious.
