Crazy Monopoly Win

Okay heres the scenario of the game, basically I(Carlos) have 2 monopolies (Dark Blues & Pink), my friend Artist(narrator/ dice roller) was on FREE PARKING & rolled a 10 to go to jail. Well he is in jail 2 turns after paying $625 to in rent. He ended up mortgaging all of his property and ending up with $11 after paying his debt to me. So now he is on his 3rd roll to get out of jail. If he doesnt roll a double on this turn, he has to pay the $50 to the bank. He only has the $11, and would therefore go bankrupt to the Game(bank), so he loses to the game itself, right? Then I end up winning by being the last man standing.

We dont know if thats how it haappens, but if you know what to do in that scenario, please let me know thru a comment or video response or whatever.
