  • I realy like how he does the padding. The only think i would mind is he doesn't wrap his thumb. Does he leave it like it is, or does he use anything else?

  • @stanlie6 From Chris: You don't generally hit with your thumb. In MMA the thumb is not taped for fights either.

  • I would give you a freaking hug if I could right now this is the best way to wrap hands ive done yet! Thanks!

  • @quizzachu We gave Chris a hug for you. He was torqued!

  • are the handwraps sold in pairs?

  • @Daniel2Smooth Yes, they are.

  • LOL @ little kids and trainer in the background.

  • Also send in any other video requests you have to Performance MMA. Id be happy to make more videos to help everyone out.

  • Hey everyone glad you like the video. I can add in a way to wrap the thumb if you want me too. There are a few variations but I generally dont wrap my thumb.

Thank Performance MMA by ordering your wraps and other gear from them. They came up with the idea to do a handwrap video.

  • this is great thanks guys

  • @PerformanceMMA He says at start it's for boxing too.Sry,didn't notice at first.hehe

  • @PerformanceMMA Sry to bring the thumb issue again, but is this tapping used just for MMA so that you can grab your opponent more easily?I ask cause I do kick boxing and if I don't tap my thumb my wrists are killing me after the workout.and I never hit with the thumb,so that's not the problem. Thanks for the video.
