Yes I rather have my dog break it's tail then totally removing it, like that's cruel!? that's nature.

Docking a tail does hurt, just because it is done when they are pups, doesnt mean it's painless.

Why fix something that doesn't need to be fixed?

You really needed to call me a jackass? you got nothing better to do then trying to hurt feelings on Ytube?

Rather hilarious, but shows you have no arguement whatsoever.

Stick with your opinion, I'll stick with mine.

    Jackass.

  • Don't people realize that these puppies feel pain? You're cutting off their tails with no anestisia!

WOULD YOU EVER CUT OFF ONE OF YOUR CHILD'S FINGERS WITH NO ANESTESIA? This is no different than that!

They obviously have no heart for these puppies and think they feel/think nothing. Just because they are small, doesn't mean they don't feel pain.

THEY DO IT FOR THEMSELVES - JUST SO THEIR DOG WILL LOOK SO CALLED NORMAL, OR COOLER, OR WHATEVER IT IS!

    Thumbs UP if agree!

  • Shit like this shouldnt be on youtube, brings the worst out in country living and sports.

  • holy shit this is so wrong in so many ways.

  • @tuppence009 As for your complaint of injuries. Shit happens. Get over it. Animals can break legs and sustain cuts and tears. Just how much do you want to chop off? Nonsense.

  • @tuppence009 If all was compared the dogs that most commonly injure tails are greyhounds, labs etc those that are never docked. Not that this is any reason to practise docking on them. Terriers (some hunted but still rarely active need for docking) as well as Dobers, Boxers or Rotties. 99% of docking and ear clipping is now done for fashion and fashion alone. To sharpen or harden the look of a dog. Cruelty for the stupidity of those that think it makes THEMSELVES look better.

  • @mrkanker1 You're funny in the wrong way.

  • What's wrong with you

  • @selenabrownskater

this is done to the "work dog" breeds so they dont injure their tales by having livestock and such stepping on it, and so they dont get distracted while working.

its JUST a dog, also.... it wont even remember this later in its life

  • it should be outlawed world-wide.it was originally done to prevent dogs with long,whip-like tails from injuring themselves in the field, but no one (or almost no one) is,for example, hunting with their mini-shnauser nowadays,so y do it?

  • I am all for tail docking but I will not force my beliefs on the ones who are opposed to it like the other people are doing here. Everybody is welcome to their opinions and we should not judge them for it.

  • @tuppence009 This does happen, but its nature! If this is the reason, then we should dock every dog, cut off the ears and other limbs too and never let them leave the house because there might be the danger something bad happens! And maybe everyone should remove their fingers and toes too, since there is always the danger for slamming, twisting, breaking, cutting and hurting them!

These are just lame excuses for keep doing a useless plastic surgerie on animals that cannot talk back!
