Unconstitutional, The War On Our Civil Liberties 2004, is a film in stark criticism to the U.S. Patriot Act. Citing and encouraging civil disobedience throughout the U.S. it attacks the unconstitutionality of the Patriot Act and its intentions.

A documentary that investigates the ways in which the civil liberties of American citizens and immigrants have been rolled back since the September 11 and the Patriot Act.
