@abowlofsoda well first off this extension is still in beta so it would be hard for it to be perfect, but second off make sure that you go to windows->extensions->than click options on AdBlocker and make sure that youtube ads are blocked.

"not that popular"? Dude, you're recommending Google Chrome for a browser. The most insecure, privacy invasive browser there is. BTW, Adblock Plus and Ghostery are readily available for Firefox. A more user benign and configurable browser and it doesn't come with a Globally Unique Identifier.
