  • Hi people actually i also lost weight in 3 months and 10 days. About 34 kg !! so. But im 1,67 tall

    and i have to lost still some kilos about 17 i think!! i watched something like that i think its nice to see people who have the same desire to lost weight and gain a new live!! sorry for my english!!

  • when u lose waight, take care of ur boobs, thats the way it works..twice as many exercises for like.. your skin.. treching.. u know what im talking bout : )

    and not only running..

  • not sure of your age (or sex) but eventually your metabolism WILL slow down - if you start eating healthy now you can avoid balooning in middle-age and/or after having children. Also, as cadensmom25 said, cholesterol problems, diabetes, blood pressure, and many other health problems can hit people of any size. Take care of yourself.

  • This was very inspirational and uplifting, I may incorporate some of this into my fitness competion
