Che meraviglia! che suono...Alicia de Laroccha è stata veramente un dono per tutti coloro che l'hanno ascoltata almeno una volta.... e sentirla suonare la musica di albeniz riempie il cuore di gratitudine! Grazie Alicia!

Esta pieza es una de mis favoritas de Iberia. Creo que esconde parte de esa oscuridad del alma de andalucía de forma muy sutil. Alicia deja, como siempre, una sensación de rotundidad en la interpretación, como pocos. Aún vivo apenado por su desaparición.

They both are very well known in my world. I play as much as I can of their music and love them both very much. Such exquisite feelings and rhythm. I admit I am more partial to Albeniz. He is one of my all time favorites. It brought tears to my eyes to hear the way he died. Alicia de Larrocha is a great interpreter of his music.

I had no idea that he [Granados] escaped the torpedoed ship,one can only wonder how many more beautifull works he would have composed had he survived.But most importantly, it is a shame that he and his wife were deprived of their twilight years together.
